ABOUT
We will be hosting the main event on July 17th from 2.00pm to 11.00pm. Guests are welcome to stay on the ranch for the weekend if they are in an small RV or camping. If you are not staying at the ranch, we strongly advise booking rooms now as they tend to book out in the Summer.
We need to keep traffic to a minimum on Mountain View Ranch Road so we will have a bus service available - look out for the white Design Line Construction van. There will be pick ups on the hour starting at 1pm from The Best Western and opposite the Healdsburg Hotel on the square. If the van is full it will return to pick up other people, and at peak times may run every thirty minutes. In case you can’t make it to the pick, up you can call Daniel at (415) 793 7730 - try to use the call Daniel option only if it is the only option. Last drop off will be at midnight - hopefully you’ll have got all the partying out of your system by then!
We will be observing proper Covid precautions, so we need a negative test or proof of vaccination to attend.

HOG ISLAND WILL BE HOSTING US FOR OYSTERS. SNACKS AND SMALL BITES WILL BE SERVED DURING THE DAY, AND DINNER WILL BE SERVED SIT DOWN UNDER THE OAKS. ON SUNDAY MORNING WE WILL BE SERING PABLO’S SPECIAL RECIPE CARNITAS TO MEND ALL THOSE SORE HEADS FOR SUNDAY.

- Please do not use Google Maps to access the property, they are incorrect. Use Sat Nav to West Dry Creek Road. Exit West Dry Creek Road onto Mountain View Ranch Road until you see Hawley Winery sign on the left (approx 1/2 mile). For people servicing the event only - take the next right (you will see #6315) and drive through the gate up the lane until you reach the T. Turn right for the house and left to the event. For people attending the event, stay on Mountain View Ranch Road for approximately 1000 yards or until you see the parking martial that’ll help you get parked in our meadow.

Use the garbage cans and watch out for the wild animals and your food containers
Bring your coolers, ice, food and drinks for Friday and Sunday
It's fire season, be careful. No open flames, smoke in the designated areas
Bring your bikes, West Dry Creek Road is a great place to ride and wine taste
Bring a flashlight or headlight, it gets dark at night
It's hot and sunny, remember your sunscreen
There could be bugs, bring the deet
It might get a little chilly at night, light long pants and a light long sleeve is advised
